The next birds on the list will start with the Long-Billed Dowitcher. I had never heard of nor seen this bird before and it was definitely a fun one to find so early on in my photography journey.
The next few birds are going to be in combined photos and will probably continue on in to the next post. At the dog park we like to visit is a small pond and in the spring it is packed to the brim with so many types of ducks. So in this photo there are at least 6 species but it could be more. There are Redhead, Wood, Hooded Merganser, and Bufflehead ducks to finish off this set of five birds.
