Gull Point state park never disappoints. It’s been a rough time lately for me to find anything to photograph and I feel like I hit a gold mine today. There were Hairy Woodpeckers and White-breasted Nuthatch every where and I got some amazing shots of a Red-bellied Woodpecker as well. Gull Point is also my favorite place to find deer, and they always seem to be relatively unbothered by people and I can get pretty close to them for some cool pictures. I was even lucky enough to spot a juvenile Bald Eagle and an adult. Unfortunately they were a little too far away to get some clear pictures but I was happy nonetheless!
